My wife and I went last night with 6 other friends. Amazing.. My friend and I both ordered the Rib Eye. Covered in mushrooms on Garlic Mashed potatoes... wholly cow a Bunga.. Honestly the best meal I've eaten since living in Auburn area for 5 years.. The drinks were awesome too.. Full Bar.. I had a spicy pineapple Margarita.. very good...
Everyone at our table raved about flavor, price, size of portions.... if you're thinking about going ..go. well be back
The young lady who served us was awesome too and she was training another young lady. -

Great food, amazing actually but to be honest the evening we went it was very apparent that our server was have an awful day and no matter what we did we couldn't get her attitude to change.. we all have those days.
So we tried this place again, same kind of experience but not as bad as the first time.. I even showered that day
Regardless, we won't be going back. For the amount of money we spent, I get better service at in and out burger -

The pictures and reviews looked great. The experience not so much. Booked the patio but got seated inside, oh well. Service seemed confused and took forever. I had the scallops and risotto, was a soggy wet salty mess. Couldn't taste scallops, over cooked on top. Husband had the lasagna, seemed like microwaved cheese. Quality not much above Olive Garden was how he described it.
Appetizers- Clams were good but again, salty. AhiPoke was boring but tasted more like chili oil and not much to it. Decent at best. Not as they picture themselves online. Not even same ingredients.
Cocktails were great. As were the desserts- chocolate cake and almond torte- But seemed to be bought elsewhere. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but definitely didn't seem to be made in house. They were quite good. Be sure to look at customer photos of food and not the company's pictures. Food looks nothing like how it comes out. Customer pics are more accurate. Really confused by all the good reviews. Ordered the desserts to go, took longer to arrive than drinks and food. Probably won't go back unless to pick up some desserts to go, or maybe check Safeway bakery.
Online menu is much more extensive than actual menu. Everything we went in excited to order were not on the menu. No lamb, etc. -

My husband and I had our wedding anniversary dinner here. It was excellent!...from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Sierra to the professional service by Andrea. The food was delicious from my filet (perfectly cooked)to my husband's scrumptious ravioli. This restaurant should have everyone in Meadow Vista cheering for having such a top notch place to eat so close.
